Connell Brothers Support Barnabus Van Appeal

Connell Brothers Ltd has recently made a donation to Barnabus Homeless Charity’s Van Appeal. Their trusty ’04 registration van was on its last wheels and so a new one was desperately needed.

Connell Brothers Ltd recently donated Stage Equipment taken from St George’s High School in Walkden. The equipment was recovered from the school, that was earmarked for demolition and was given to Apeel Drama Group to use at their Community Hall just down the road.

Barnanus Homeless Charity — Christmas Hamper Gifts

This December, as part of continued support towards the Barnabus Homeless Charity, Connell Brothers have been assisting with their Christmas Hamper initiative. This year marks the 30th Anniversary of the Charity that aims to provide life-changing support to people rough sleeping or experiencing homelessness in Manchester.

Connell Brothers recently sponsored George Blagden of Salford Council for his “Town Twinning Trek” from leafy Eccles all the way to Narbonne in France. As much as George would have enjoyed the trip to France, the walk was actually simulated in Salford.
